How is my online order processed?
Two Buck Hut uses PayPal as our payment processor enabling us to accept all major forms of payment and allowing you to shop quickly and easily.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You may pay with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover/Novus) and you don't need a PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account, you may also pay using bank transfer (eCheck) or an existing account balance.
Do you charge sales tax? How much?
Yes, we must collect and pay sales tax to "the man". Sales tax of 7.75% (the rate for Orange County, CA) will be applied to the total amount of goods in your order.
How much is shipping? How do you ship?
Our shipping rates within the United States are:
- $5.00 for orders with less than $10.00 in goods
- FREE SHIPPING for orders of $10 or more in goods (subject to reasonable limits)
Two Buck Hut ships all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class.
When does my order ship? How will I know when it ships? How long will it take to get to me?
Your payment will be processed and verified and you'll receive an online confirmation of your order. Your order will be shipped in no more than five business days. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your item ships.
USPS First Class shipping typically takes anywhere from 1-5 business days. Usually, the closer you are, the quicker it gets there. Please allow at least 5 business days for your item to arrive. If your shipment hasn't arrived by then, please contact us.
